Instructions:
- Wash and cut all your veggies.
- In a bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients. Add enough water until you reach your desired consistency. Set aside.
- Cook kai dong noodles according to packaged instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Layer your salad ingredients, and toss well with the dressing. Enjoy!
