Spicy rice cakes and ramen is a highly popular Korean street food. We incorporated our Mama's Chili Oil and our sun-dried QQ Noodles into this dish, taking the heat up just a notch!
Instructions:
- To boiling water, add in stock packet. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
- To a small bowl, add gochujang, Mama's Chili Oil, garlic, sugar, and gochugaru. Mix well. Add it into the boiling stock and mix until well incorporated.
- Add in your toppings such as Korean rice cakes, QQ noodles, fish cake, cabbage, and onion.
- To make the cheese sauce- In a small pan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for a minute, until it forms a paste.
- Add in milk and let it simmer until it thickens, enough to coat the back of a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat, stir in the cheese, and pour the melty cheese sauce over your rabokki!
