Products

Cooking your kai dong noodles is easy! Simply add the noodles to a pot of boiling water and let them cook for approximately 6-7 minutes. Once cooked, they can be turned into noodle soups, stir fry noodles, or even cold noodle dishes.

Our sauces are made to be versatile; you can cook with them, dip in them, or garnish with them – the possibilities are endless! For specific instructions on how to use our sauces, check out our Recipes!

Make sure to use a clean spoon each time to avoid cross contamination + keep the sauces in their best condition!

Since none of our products contain any preservatives, our noodles are shelf-stable for 1 year and sauces for 2 years (if unopened).

As there are no preservatives added, it's recommended to finish the product as soon as possible after the sauces have been opened.

Make sure to enjoy our products before the "best by" date on the packaging!

To keep the noodles in their best condition, store them in a dry, cool area (like a cupboard). Use them before the "best by" date printed on the packaging for the best taste and texture!

When it comes to your sauces, store them in a cool, dark place. Don't forget to refrigerate them after opening to maintain freshness!

Our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.

Yes, all of our products are vegan-friendly!

Mama's Chili Oil, Golden Shallot Oil, and Everyday Garlic Oil are gluten-free.
Four Seasons Scallion Sauce and Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce contain wheat.

None of our products contain MSG!

Yes! All of our products are proudly non-GMO.

If you notice your shallot oil looking solid and resembling mold in the fridge, rest assured that it's a natural occurrence, especially when refrigerated! Simply give it a gentle mix and let it return to its liquid state at room temperature. You can also scoop and use it directly in a hot pan while cooking!

Since our oils have no preservatives, we recommend consuming them promptly after opening! Remember to use a clean spoon each time to avoid any cross contamination. Feel free ask if you have any more questions on kai dong products–we're here to help!

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@kaidongfoods.com as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist with your request, we can't guarantee any changes if the order has already been processed.

After an order is placed, a separate email containing the e-book will be automatically sent to the email address that placed the order. Make sure to check your spam folder too!

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, it’s most likely that the order was placed with a phone number, therefore an order confirmation message was sent via SMS, or the email went into your spam folder.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) only, as we actively work on expanding our international shipping options to bring kai dong products to foodies around the world!

We offer free US domestic standard shipping on orders $99+. For all other orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes within the United States.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, if you're unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email at info@kaidongfoods.com and we'd be happy to assist you!

Oh no! Please reach out to info@kaidongfoods.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to replace it!

kai dong means "let's eat" in Mandarin – it's a phrase often said at the beginning of a meal.

At kai dong, we're bringing the incredible flavors of Asia into your home, by helping you create easy-to-cook dishes through our products. With this name, we hope to capture the excitement and anticipation you get before digging into a delicious feast!

kai dong was started by Tiffy, a Taiwanese-Canadian food content creator.

After going away to college, Tiffy started missing her family's homemade meals and began experimenting with food in her dorm kitchen. Inspired by the diverse Asian culinary landscape, Tiffy's cooking journey took off. Now, she's excited to share her passion and love for food with you!
