Crunchy Asian Salad with Shredded Chicken

Crunchy cucumber meets tender shredded chicken in a simple, fresh salad that’s perfect for meal prep or a speedy dinner. With the help of our Golden Shallot Oil and Four Season Scallion Sauce, the flavors are bright, fresh, and delicious. 

We love enjoying this salad alongside sesame noodles or a steaming bowl of rice, but it’s just as good on its own. Looking for something lighter? Toss in some glass noodles or shirataki to keep things fresh and satisfying!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shred leftover rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the cucumbers and carrots into juliennes, and chop the green onions.
  3. Season everything with sesame oil, white pepper, Golden Shallot Oil, and Four Season Scallion Sauce.
  4. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds and mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve as is or on top of rice or noodles.
