Ingredients:
- 1 serving of Noodles (Hand Cut noodles or QQ noodles)
- 1½ teaspoons Mama’s Chili Oil
- 1 tablespoon Golden Shallot Oil
- ½ tablespoon Four Season Scallion Sauce
Instructions:
- For QQ noodles, boil for 7 to 8 minutes for the perfect al-dente. For Hand Cut Noodles, cook for 6 to 7 minutes for the perfect al-dente chew.
- In a bowl, add 1½ teaspoons of Mama’s Chili Oil, 1 tablespoon of Golden Shallot oil, and ½ tablespoon of Four Season Scallion Sauce. Mix together. You can adjust the ratio based on your own liking!
