20 minutes Sizzling Black Pepper Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block medium firm tofu, cut into squares
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- salt and pepper to season
- cilantro and green onion to garnish
for the sauce: - 3 tbsp Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
- In another bowl, season corn starch with salt and pepper. Then coat the tofu.
- Pan-fry for 3 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle on the sauce mixture and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!

- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:

For the steak- let it come to room temperature, then pat it dry, and generously season with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat up a pan with oil and cook the steak to your preferred doneness. Once done, let it rest.

Bake or air fry some frozen fries according to packaged instructions.

For the sauce- add butter to the same pan you cooked the steak in, then add the shallot and garlic. Saute for 1 minute, then add Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce and heavy cream. Bring the sauce to a simmer until it thickens. Plate the steak and fries, spoon the sauce over, and enjoy!
