Black Pepper Pork Chop Buns

Move over cheeseburgers and fried chicken sandwiches—it’s time to make room for something truly special: Black Pepper Pork Chop Buns! Pork chop marinated in Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce, then pan fried until golden and juicy. The toppings are simple but essential–each bun needs an extra smear of our signature black pepper sauce and some caramelized onions. Ready to give it a try? Let’s get cooking!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To a bowl, mix together Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce, baking soda, cooking wine flour, cornstarch, and water. Coat the pork and marinade in the fridge overnight.
  2. Pan fry pork until golden brown, 3-5 min on each side.
  3. For the onions- heat a pan with oil. Sauté the onions with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce until slightly caramelized.
  4. Assemble the sandwich- place the black pepper pork on a bun, top with more Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce, caramelized onions, and close off the sandwich, enjoy!
