Yuzu Black Pepper Veggie Udon

Bright, zesty, and packed with veggies, this yaki udon hits all the comfort-food vibes in just 15 minutes. Our Yuzu Sesame Dressing and Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce give it a refreshing citrus pop with a warm, peppery kick, making every bite bold and satisfying. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, this udon is all about flavor, convenience, and that irresistible kai dong punch!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare the vegetables: Slice up your mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and peppers.
  2. Sauté the Mushrooms: In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3–4 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add Veggies: Toss in zucchini, carrots, and peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  4. Add Noodles: Loosen udon noodles under warm water if needed, then add them straight into the pan.
  5. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce and Yuzu Sesame Dressing. Pour over the noodles.
  6. Combine Everything: Stir-fry on high heat for another 3–4 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated and glossy.
  7. Serve Hot: Garnish with extra cracked black pepper or sesame seeds if you like.
