Shanghai Fried Noodles

When you're craving something savory, satisfying, and quick, Shanghai-style fried noodles are the ultimate go-to. This stir-fry combines bouncy QQ noodles, your choice or protein (we love using chicken), crisp cabbage, and a savory sauce that brings it all together in the most delicious way.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and water.
  2. Cook kai dong noodles according to packaged instruction. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients.
  4. Saute the chicken in a hot pan on medium high heat until golden brown, for 3-5 minutes. Remove into a bowl.
  5. To the same pan, add in onions and cabbage. Sauté for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add QQ Noodles and the chicken back in. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together, enjoy!
