Garlic Fried Rice

We're making a super simple, flavor-packed Garlic Fried Rice using just four ingredients: our Four Season Scallion Sauce, Everyday Garlic Oil, and two extras you already have at home.

This fully vegan fried rice is incredibly aromatic—loaded with the rich flavors of scallions, garlic, and shallots. It’s the perfect base for any meal: top it with a fried egg for breakfast, or pack it into lunch boxes for a quick, satisfying bite. Easy to make, hard to resist!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add a bit of neutral oil if needed, then sauté the white parts of the green onion for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  2. Add in the cold cooked rice and break it apart in the pan.
  3. Stir in the green parts of the green onion, salt and pepper (optional), Four Season Scallion sauce, and Everyday Garlic Oil.
  4. Turn the heat to high and sauté for another 3–4 minutes, tossing everything together until the rice is golden and slightly crispy in spots.
  5. Serve it hot, top it with a fried egg, or pair it with your favorite protein.
