Crab Garlic Noodles

Garlic noodle is a beloved dish, so flavorful and fragrant. Combining it with lump crab meat, it exudes sophistication but is quite easy to come together. Start off with lots of garlic and shallot, and cook it down with some pantry staple Asian sauces, and butter! 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine oyster sauce, fish sauce, Four Season Scallion Sauce, sugar, and water to a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Cook the kai dong noodles according to packaged instruction.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter with Golden Shallot Oil. Add garlic and shallot and cook for 2 min. Add sauce and simmer it just a bit until slightly thickened

  4. Mix in the crab meat. Then add noodles, cook and toss for another minute.

  5. Garnish with chives and more crab meat!

    Cook, create, kai dong!
