Scallion Oil Noodles

This 10-minute recipe features tender noodles coated in the rich flavor of Four Season Scallion Sauce and topped with crispy, shallow-fried scallions for an irresistible crunch. 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oil in your wok over medium heat, add the white parts of the scallions, and let them fry slowly. Then add green parts. Once they are golden brown, remove and set aside.
  2. Add in noodles, Four Season Scallion Sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook the mixture for about two minutes.
  3. Top with the crispy scallions and enjoy!
