Do not microwave the stainless steel container and other metal utensils simultaneously to avoid electrical sparks.
When microwaving, ensure the silicone lid's air valve is opened and the stainless steel container is placed in the center of the microwave for even heating. The metal container should not touch the microwave’s interior walls or door to prevent damage to the equipment.
The silicone lid is compatible with microwaves and rice cookers only. Please make sure to remove the lid when using appliances like ovens or air fryers that involve high-temperature heating!
It is recommended to use a home microwave (700–900W) for heating.
For microwaving, use medium power for 5 to 10 minutes in intervals to retain moisture and texture. When heating liquid foods, avoid long periods of heating to prevent sudden boiling and overflow.
This product is a metal container, which still conducts heat even after heating. Avoid direct contact with the metal container’s exterior after heating to prevent burns.
The metal container is not suitable for direct flame heating on a gas stove or use with electric induction or ceramic stoves.
The edges of the metal container have been smoothed, but as it is a thin metal container, handle carefully during cleaning to avoid damage. Also, avoid letting children under twelve operate the microwave alone.
The metal container has a certain structural hardness and durability. If the product suffers severe damage or chips from impact, stop using it immediately and replace it with a new one.
The collapsible silicone lid is a flexible material combined with the metal container. Do not lift the lid alone to avoid detachment.
The lid is made from platinum silicone with anti-static technology to resist dust. For deep cleaning after extended use, soak in a solution of sodium percarbonate and hot water for 30 minutes to deodorize and disinfect, then rinse with clean water.
The product has no defined lifespan with normal use and storage. For long term storage, keep in a dry, cool place to avoid deterioration from prolonged exposure to high temperatures and sunlight.
